well-equipped room, easy access to public transport, high cleanliness standard
Limited breakfast hours can be quite restrictive!!! Insufficient soundproofing results in noise from adjacent rooms, which is less than ideal for a restful night's sleep!!!

The Kingswinford offered a lovely stay. The location delighted me. just a quick two-minute walk to the beach and town yet surprisingly quiet inside. The hosts, Cath and Joe, made me feel right at home. My double room was spacious, equipped with a two-seater sofa, ample storage, and thoughtful touches like a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. The breakfast was a highlight, boasting fresh, generous portions, including cereals, fruits, and perfectly cooked hot options. I appreciated the spotless condition of the entire establishment, including my ensuite bathroom. the early morning noise from pigeons outside my window did interfere with my sleep occasionally. I noticed some minor interruptions with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which could have been better. a very enjoyable experience, and I’m excited to return soon.

The early breakfast hours from 8 to 8:30 AM can feel restrictive, making it tricky for those who enjoy a slower start. noise from the street and the occasional disturbance from seagulls at night, particularly when leaving windows open, might detract from the overall comfort. It’s crucial to consider that soundproofing may need an upgrade, as noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes an issue, detracting from the desire for peace and quiet.
